This is a long established and well respected independent practice in Horsham with 4 optometrists and 9 dispensers to back you up
You will need to have previous experience working in a PM role in optometry or ophthalmology, have great people skills and a desire to succeed. For your efforts you will be rewarded well.
To be the successful candidate you will need:
• Leadership skills to manage and direct work, make sure all the staff are well supported, work closely with your team and have weekly meetings to empower staff to meet KPIs,
• Strong financial knowledge to manage the practice budget, costs, and general financial control of the practice, working closely with the operations manager and CEO to ensure ongoing profitability
• Sales skills – leading by example and proactively managing and encouraging the teams’ sales and customer service efforts
• Administration – the ability to jump into almost any role when needed, reception, sales, admin, purchasing, stocktaking...
