Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
• Strong prior Optical and Retail Management is advantageous
• Sound ability to manage KPI\'s and follow operational process
• Self-motivated and passionate about developing an excellent customer service model
• Strong interpersonal skills, with proven success in leading and developing a team
• Highly developed communication skills
• Passion for the optical industry
