An online competition launched by Eyecare Plus National Office, alongside Creatik Design and Branding Studio, has won Gold in the Sydney Design Awards 2021 for the Marketing – Mobile campaign category.
According to Sydney Design Awards organisers, the awards program “provides marketplace recognition across an extensive range of categories and celebrates the creativity and courage of those who are leading the way”.
Eyecare Plus’ winning social media campaign was titled See Australia Your Way. Run across all Eyecare Plus practices, the competition offered patients the chance to win 15 weekly prizes and two major prizes of AU$20,000 and $5,000 for a holiday of the patients’ choice.

“Eyecare Plus practices were provided with a full spectrum of campaign assets (physical and digital) to encourage participation in this eye-catching, evocative campaign piece that highlighted the best of what Australia’s big backyard has to offer,” said Isobel Bishop, Eyecare Plus Creative & Marketing Executive.
“This competition saw a 74% increase in our Instagram following and some wonderfully creative entries that highlighted our patients’ positive experiences in their respective practices.”
