AM Eyewear has thrown its support behind the Australian music industry, releasing a new unisex sunglass and announcing that profits from frame’s sales will be donated to Support Act, a charity delivering crisis relief services to artists, crew and music workers.
Simon Ponnusamy, founder and lead creative of AM Eyewear, says the Australian music industry has been integral to his company’s success and brand identity since he launched in 2003. Now, following the cancellation and postponement of events, he says it’s time to give back to those who have been negatively impacted.
Designed to appeal to a broad range of music lovers, the AM Eyewear 4 Support Act sunglass is made from black Italian acetate, features a red interior embossed with the Support Act logo, and is fitted with Carl Zeiss sun lenses.
