Business-to-business publisher Prime Creative Media has acquired Insight News from Gunnamatta Media, effective 30 September, 2019.
The magazine, which was founded by Neil Forbes (1942–2019), was acquired by Gunnamatta Media in April 2016 and managed by publisher/editor Coleby Nicholson until the sale last month.
In a statement online, John Murphy, CEO Prime Creative Media, said “We have been working in partnership with Gunnamatta Media to make the transition as smooth as possible for our advertisers and our readers. We will be continuing to build upon the work of Gunnamatta Media, with further investments into the brand, including a new digital platform that will be launched in the coming weeks.”

The heath sector is a new industry for Prime Creative Media, which until now has published across the education; food and lifestyle; infrastructure and resources; manufacturing; and transport and logistics sectors. The company has also acquired the Quarry print and digital platforms from Gunnamatta Media.
