The Australian Growth Company Awards has recognised George & Matilda Eyecare, once again, as the Consumer Goods Growth Company of the Year for continued growth and impressive financial results.
This is the second consecutive year George & Matilda has received the Consumer Goods Growth Company of the Year award
Launched in 2012, the awards celebrate excellence and recognise companies that demonstrate high rates of growth as well as innovation, integrity, contribution to the community and sustainable growth.
Chris Beer, George & Matilda CEO, said “To grow rapidly is challenging but sustaining that growth over time is even more of an achievement. I’m incredibly grateful to all of our partners and practices who have trusted their businesses with us, and I’m proud of the results we have achieved together.”
Mr Beer acknowledged George & Matilda’s work in, “delivering value to over 75 independent optometrists across Australia,” and attributed much of the company’s success to their refined and flexible approach to eye care.
“Looking ahead to 2020, it seems as though we can look forward to further growth, allowing us to realise our vision of uniting independent optometrists to build the best optometry community in Australia,” said Mr Beer.
