Volunteers Needed for Everest in November

mivision | 11 May 2017
Eyes4Everest, the volunteer group that undertakes eye health missions to Nepal, has put out a call for two optometrists to volunteer their time for a mission this November.

Following the success of  recent Everest and Gokyo missions, the organisation has been asked to return, this time to provide services in the Annapurna region.

Along with providing much needed professional eye health services, this will be an opportunity to enjoy an amazing hike, take in the beauty of the Himalayas and give back to the local community.

Eyes4Everest volunteers fly into Kathmandu on 30 October and fly out on 15 November 2017.

The cost for this 17-day adventure is AU$2500.
