Cancellation: Any alterations or cancellations must be notified in writing to the Advertising Manager 14 days before the Advertised Booking Deadline. Any cancellation received after the cancellation deadline will be charged at the full fee OR the publisher reserves the right to repeat any previous advertisement of the same size from the advertiser. Space cancelled within a contract period, thereby affecting a discounted rate, will result in the advertising under that contract reverting to the appropriate rate for the number of insertions. The Publisher in its absolute discretion may refuse to accept to publish or republish any advertisement.
Non-receipt of material: We have an obligation to you and others to deliver the magazine on time and therefore material MUST be received by the close of business on the material deadline. If not, for current advertisers, existing material will be run, and for new advertisers a filler advertisement will be run.
Indemnity: The publisher accepts no responsibility for typesetting/art
The attention of advertisers is drawn to the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the provisions in that ACT, which apply to advertising. Toma Publishing P/L (publisher of mivision) and Toma Trust does not accept any responsibility for ensuring that advertisements in this publication comply with the provisions of that Act.
By placing advertisements in this publication, advertisers agree to indemnify and to keep indemnified Toma Publishing P/L (publisher of mivision) and Toma Trust against all liability which may arise against Toma Publishing P/L (publisher of mivision) and Toma Trust in respect arising out of or in connection with the acceptance by Toma Publishing P/L (publisher of mivision) and Toma Trust of the advertisement.
Payment Terms: Payment of advertising is required within 14 days of publication. A settlement of 10% is available to agencies.
