Mark has had a distinguished career in magazine publishing spanning 25 years. He is both a dedicated editor and sales professional with an in-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising at a strategic level, both nationally and internationally.

He has steered the editorial direction of many business and trade magazines and represented and managed the sales for some of Australia's leading business and lifestyle publications including Australian Geographic, The Institute of Chartered Accountants Charter magazine, NRMA Open Road, Dynamic Small Business, Australian Wine Selectors and the City Weekly (Sydney).

In 2006, Mark (along with Todd Tai) successfully launched mivision Australia and New Zealand, then in 2008 launched the first optical magazine in Singapore, mivision Singapore edition. Prior to mivision, Mark provided sales and marketing advice to the optical industry as a consultant.

Along with Todd Tai, Mark is a Director of Toma Publishing Pty Ltd based in Sydney, Australia which produces mivision magazine and mivision online.

Todd has a proven track record of over 20 years in advertising media sales and sponsorship and has consulted to a variety of magazines including NRMA Open Road, Charter, The Sydney Brides Diary, Australian Wine Selectors, Dynamic Small Business, Dmag and the Business Software Guide.

Todd was the national advertising and sponsorship manager for Australian Geographic for 10 years; is currently the trustee and former treasurer for The Australian Geographic Society and was the consultant producer for Australian Geographic's ‘Best of Australia' TV series on Channel 9.

Along with Mark Cushway, Todd is Director of Toma Publishing Pty Ltd based in Sydney, Australia which produces mivision magazine and mivision online.

Nikki Byrne

Nikki is the person everyone goes to when they want the job done. Nikki is the Production Manager for mivision magazine, handles all Classifieds bookings and is the person you talk to when you call to pay your Accounts. Before joining Toma Publishing Nikki was the Inventory Manager for Corporate Express.

Melanie Kell is a senior member of mivision's editorial team. She is an experienced senior journalist who has written extensively for Australian corporates and local government organisations. She has a particular interest in fashion, and how it translates into optics and lifestyle.

Michelle Hauschild is another member of mivision's editorial team. She has more than 20 years experience as a journalist writing for newspapers, television, radio, journals and online publications. For the past 10 years' she has specialised in corporate communications.

Simon Ward

mivision's Graphic Designer

Having worked as a graphic designer for over 25 years, Simon Ward brings a wealth of experience to mivision magazine. Simon was commissioned to design mivision's 'look' at its inception and he has recently come on board as inhouse design director to manage the magazine's creative production each month.
