Store Manager/Optical Dispenser's

The Optical Superstore currently have 2 Store Managers positions available. We also have positions available for both full time and part time qualified Optical Dispenser's for our growing practices, located in the Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

The successful applicant/s will need to have a strong customer service focus with excellent people skills, be able to work as part of a team, work well under pressure and be available to work on rostered Saturdays.

We are offering an opportunity to work in a great team environment, not having to meet unrealistic sales KPI's and the freedom to offer a broad choice of lens options. The remuneration will be well above award rates with excellent bonuses.
